Originally from France, Sylvain moved to the US over 20 years ago where he built four technology companies from the ground up in Silicon Valley and Florida. After moving to Raleigh in 2006, he continued to explore his lifelong real estate passion and invested in multiple residential investment properties. He joined Keller Williams in 2018 to help others find their dream homes. In 2019, he co-developed and sold Millbank Village, a new subdivision close to downtown Raleigh featuring 21 single-family homes and end units. Sylvain has worked with many clients and builders in the Triangle and is currently working on a number of area new construction projects.
